Overview An Internship Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s internship program. This includes recruiting, interviewing, and selecting interns, as well as providing guidance and support throughout the duration of the internship. The Internship Program Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the program, and for ensuring that the program meets the organization’s goals and objectives. Detailed Job Description The Internship Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s internship program. This includes recruiting, interviewing, and selecting interns, as well as providing guidance and support throughout the duration of the internship. The Internship Program Manager is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the program, and for ensuring that the program meets the organization’s goals and objectives.
