Internship Customer Relationship Officer Jobs

Minimum 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have a good communication skills

Target Oriented, excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skill, problem-solving, detail oriented and presentation skill

Maintain records of consumer conversations and transactions, including details of questions, complaints, and comments; and include consumer decisions.

Contacting consumers in response to inquiries, notifying them of investigation results, or following up on consumer inquiries or complaints

Refer unresolved consumer complaints to other departments for further investigation.

Fresh Graduate/Final Year Student from a reputable university who's interested in Data Management

Able to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment

Familiar with Data Tools (At least spreadsheet/Ms. Excel)

Monitoring DC Partner Attendance Data
