5+ years of experience in Trade Management at a CPG preferred

Maintain Trade Promo Management (TPM) system and drive month-end close process including booking and analysis of the trade accrual

Serve as a key stakeholder in the development of best-in-class trade management tools and analytical reporting

Partner with control to manage quarterly and annual trade audit process

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent required, CPA a plus

Advanced MS Excel/Power Point skills required

Review Trade Finance client information in respect of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Terrorism Finance (CTF) requirements.

Working from home in your country of residence (this is NOT an office-based position)

5+ years of experience in financial consultation, corporate advisory, corporate and institutional banking, business banking, or any related/similar sector

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Identify opportunities (lead generation) and generate sales from your country of residence.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and assist with all relevant client checks.

Graduated from reputable university with major from Management, Engineering, Economy, Accounting or Social Sciences

May be assigned as a relief clerk within the department and shall perform duties relating thereto as required and needed.

Any other responsibilities that are related to the Ops shared resources function

1-2 years in working experience

Computer literate with good knowledge in Excel

Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and operational excellence experience

Minimum of 5 years’ in related finance experience and preferable in Banking.

Strong Excel Skills and analytical thinking

Effective interpersonal relation skills for collaborating with cross function stakeholders

Responsible for TB-Trade financial monitoring and reporting.

Responsible for monthly reporting for TB-Trade segment in country and group.

Monthly forecasting for TB-Trade, make sure all data are accurate and projected correctly.

Minimum Associates Degree in Management, Accounting dan Administration

Having Experience min. 1 year in related field

Review accuracy and validity of Distributor and Trade Claims

Ensure Transaction processed are within proper budget

Input Claims Validated into system

Liaise with sales team in relation to budget spending and tracking
