- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Experience in volunteer management or coordination.

- Organize and facilitate training sessions for volunteers to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Offer ongoing guidance and support to volunteers, ensuring their growth and engagement.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, preferably with good knowledge of other languages.

Provide vision and strategic leadership for the achievement of the global mission and objectives of the Greenpeace network.

Act as an International Chief Spokesperson and Ambassador with world leaders and relevant international stakeholders.

Champion and inspire Greenpeace’s iconic campaigns, initiatives and programmes through empowering others.

Ensure the development and implementation of a strategy for a strong and cohesive Greenpeace network that maximises global effectiveness and impact.
