5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations or similar role.
Experience transforming ambiguous problems into clear, structured plans or building programs from the ground up
An understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the needs of core users (candidates, recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, interviewers).
