Strong interpersonal and management skills

Proven experience as Account Assistant Manager or Sales Assistant Manager for minimum 5 years in international shipping or logistic company

Manage and develop sales force team to reach their full potential target

Manage operational needs regarding to import and export process

Experience in customs clearance and documents process

Sell services to prospective customers

6. Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

1. Plan all the SEO, web, & social media marketing campaigns for the marketing team

Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with at least 2 years above working experiences.

Monitor and review all the promotion activities and marketing campaigns based on historical report data and market trend, especially in digital.

Identify and develop creative strategy for potential international & regional products/repertoire

Create monthly report for all International repertoire to review performance, execution, and plan.
