Have basic knowledge of food regulations such as food safety standards and food cost management

Min. 2 years have experience as Research & Development in an F&B company especially restaurants

Develop new pizza and others product regularly to update new variant

Liaise with Marketing Division to decide the new product launch

Liaise with Purchasing Division and suppliers to ensure raw material needs

Develop standard recipe menu and train restaurant team to produce the approved new product

Strong knowledge about Entrepreneurship and Business Management

Accelerate new business innovation delivery through effective innovation project management, from proven business concept to comprehensive project and launch stages.

Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or Industrial Engineering.

Perfect if you have master degree in Business Management

4 - 5 years of working experience as Business Development, Business Innovation with at least 2 years in managerial level

Have the ability in Data Analysis and Project Management
