Job Description

s :

  • Develop new pizza and others product regularly to update new variant
  • Liaise with Purchasing Division and suppliers to ensure raw material needs
  • Liaise with Marketing Division to decide the new product launch
  • Monitor new product launch and analyze with the current market to make evaluation report
  • Develop standard recipe menu and train restaurant team to produce the approved new product


Requirements :

  • Min. 2 years have experience as Research & Development in an F&B company especially restaurants
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Have basic knowledge of food regulations such as food safety standards and food cost management
  • Bachelor degree from Food Technology
  • Creative, independent, fast response/learning
