Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO:


The Technology Innovation Manager (TIM) is a key member of Topgolf South Jakarta management team, ensuring technology is leveraged in support of streamlining operations whilst creating memorable customer experiences. He/she will provide IT system and end user support for various technology solutions at the Topgolf South Jakarta venue such as networks, servers, applications and end user devices. The TIM will also be involved in supporting state-of-the-art audio visual and gaming technology to create memorable moments for our guests. Apart from the technical background, the TIM must also be equipped with strong project management skills to manage internal stakeholder and project delivery requirements during the pre-opening phase, and transition into a venue-based technology operations role post-opening with strategic focus on system performance, security and availability.


HOW YOU’LL DO IT:


  • Establish clear TI related standards, procedures, policies and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance.
  • Define and build the TI strategy and road map for the organization to align with company’s TI policy.
  • Develop and support high performance culture within the team.
  • Manage external vendors and fully participate in vendor evaluation process.
  • Maintain and ensure licenses and subscription compliance for all software.
  • Proactively monitor, identify and resolve system problems to minimize impact to the business operations and guest experiences.
  • Manage vendor service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide a high level of systems uptime and TI support to all users and business operations.
  • Manage and lead the Technology Innovation (TI) team and partner with internal business units to maximize system performance and operational processes.
  • Provide continuous technology training to all users.
  • Manage and maintain network, servers, gaming and non-gaming systems interfaces, POS, computers and printers.
  • Responsible for management, support and upkeep of all technology at the Topgolf South Jakarta venue.
  • Lead all venue-related Technology projects, including but not limited to IT solutions, application development, enterprise architect, etc.
  • Develop and manage the annual technology capital and operating budgets.
  • Co-ordinate with the corporate technology team and local operations teams for major software updates and system upgrades.
  • Work closely with the Regional Executive team, Projects team and other key stakeholders in the pre-opening phase. Actively participate in project meetings and provide technology inputs and updates to ensure management are aware of all known technology projects or issues.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


  • At least 10 years of management and technical experience with IT Infrastructure, hospitality application, and technical hospitality operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data analytical mindset
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and the drive to excel forward and others.
  • Local candidates and those with a right to live and work in Indonesia are strongly preferred
  • Good understanding of principles, practices, techniques and capabilities of large-scale computer and multiple platform operations and equipment
  • Strong communication skills with the habit of information knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent work experience in computer sciences, computer engineering or a related field.
  • Flexibility regarding work schedule to meet position needs outside of regular business hours.
  • Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly and with minimal support and guidance.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead Technology Innovation
  • Listens, comprehends and understands end-user needs and uses experience to react accordingly.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Friendly persona, great interpersonal skills and able to build connections quickly.
