Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?


  • Lead the development and upskilling of digital capabilities for brand teams, providing training and guidance to enhance their expertise in digital marketing.
  • Develop and execute strategies to deliver a seamless consumer journey, integrating online and offline touchpoints to create an exceptional omnichannel experience aligned with brand planning.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies (MarTech) to enhance online customer experiences.
  • Utilize analytics and data to enhance the customer experience across mobile apps, websites, and various digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to track KPIs, measure success, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Optimize brand visibility and competitiveness in SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Social Media Marketing to drive organic and paid traffic to our digital platforms.
  • Implement data-driven marketing initiatives, leveraging analytics and insights to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and maximize ROI.


Does it match your criteria?


  • In-depth knowledge of marketing technologies (MarTech) and their implementation to enhance online customer experiences.
  • 2 years of experience in digital strategist and 2 years experience in marketing technology or performance marketing manager.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing omnichannel strategies to create seamless consumer journeys.
  • Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and maximize ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in developing digital capabilities and providing training to enhance digital marketing expertise within teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and strategies to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven ability to stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing brand visibility through SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
