At least 5 years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Management

Experience on large-scale change management projects

Manage supply chain issues (e.g. crisis management).

Measure and manage overall performance of suppliers.

Executive Procurement of the materials/services Portfolios: Decides what to buy, where to buy, how to buy, when to buy.

Develop and implement strategies for the procurement of the respective portfolios.

5+ years of business experience, preferably cross-functional specialise in Finance Operations Management

Ability to operate on a cross-national scale and develop remote management skills

Work closely with operating company stakeholders across various functions - commercial, finance and operation, on business / forecast alignment and cascading

Ensure Finance operation and Reporting processes are followed by the distributors on time and in full

Work with Business Development Managers on following up on Overdue payments

Ensure orders get credit release from finance team
