Solid project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects to successful completion.

Develop and implement change management strategies to drive user adoption and minimize disruptions to ongoing business operations during the transition period.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Automotive Management, or a related field.

Familiarity with automotive industry-specific software, networking technologies, and other relevant tools used in dealership management.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP and DMS implementation, preferably within the automotive industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Project Management competency would be an advantage.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree any major with GPA minimum 3.00 of 4.00.

English literate both writing and speaking is a must.

Ms Excel literate is a must.

High endurance and able to work multi-tasking.

High motivation and team player.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in IT Support/IT Infrastucture/IT Network

Required Skills: Troubleshooting Hardware & Software

Troubleshoot all IT system and network problems

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent
