Melakukan perhitungan atas pencadangan kerugian penurunan nilai (provision) portofolio pinjaman dan perhitungan EIR sesuai dengan standard akuntansi yang berlaku.

Melakukan analisis atas kinerja Business Unit (BU) sehubungan dengan jumlah provision yang dibukukan.

Membuat assessment atas penerapan standard akuntansi baru.

Menyediakan data terkait provision kepada BU, Risk dan Grup CIMB untuk keperluan analisis maupun stress test.

Menyediakan data untuk keperluan audit yang dilakukan oleh auditor eksternal, auditor internal, maupun regulator

Membantu mengelola penerapan IFRS 16 (PSAK 73)

b. 3+ years Have experience as BIM Coordinator in Construction Companies

g. Have the ability to speak English and have good communication skills

- Design work using(Building Information Modeling ) Software

c. Understand MEP drawing & process

d. Able to combine MEP drawing with process

e. Understand the sequence of project activities to analyze the possibility of occurrence

Pengalaman minimal 5 Tahun di Explorasi & Modeling

Menguasai software seperti ArcGIS, Autocad, Minescape, Minex.

Mengerti akan Tren, Operasi & Peraturan Tambang Batubara

Peraturan Lingkungan Hidup - Peraturan Kehutanan - dan Kontrak PKP2B

Mempunyai sertifikasi POP, CPI, Pelaporan Hasil Eksplorasi (nilai tambah)

Bertanggungjawab terhadap kegiatan eksplorasi detil, lanjutan dan pengembangan sehingga dapat berjalan sesuai dengan target.

Possess business acumen, prior fundraising or transaction service experience will be advantageous.

Strong communication skills, team player; organized and work in a systematic manner

Self-sufficient and able to take full ownership of a project; with an entrepreneur mindset with a doer / hands-on mentality.

Evaluate, implement and drive established solution from parent company such as best practices and operating procedures; make localization adjustment where necessary

Strong knowledge and experience of excel and its functions

Knowledge and experience in IFRS 17 is preferrable

SUN GL knowledge and experience is preferable

Redesign the accounting posting rules and mapping to meet IFRS 17 requirement

Preparing the transition to the IFRS 17 finance reporting process

Bachelor graduate in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines

Solid experience in life insurers, especially in project-based assignments
