Planning, identify and implement human resource activities related to recruitment, performance management, people development, evaluation, compensation and benefit

Minimum S1 Human Resource Management / Psychology / Business Administration or related major

Provide Consultation to management on employee related issues

Develop, improve, and implement KPI-Based performance management system and SOP

Have at least 1 year experience in human resources is preferable

Good Knowledge in administration, assesment, Organizational Development, recruitment and training

Preferably experienced in the same field min. 1 year (freshgraduate welcome to apply)

Good computer skill in Microsoft Office

Handling recruitment end-to-end & administration

Handling BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Understand about UU Ketenagakerjaan and UU Cipta Kerja

Fluent in English both oral and written

Memastikan Pelaksanaan Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan dan evaluasi penilaian kerja berjalan tepat waktu

Mendaftarkan kepersertaan BPJS TK dan BPJS Kesehatan karyawan akurat dan sesuai SOP yang berlaku.

Memiliki Pengalaman Kerja di bidang HRD sebagai Supervisor min. 1 tahun

Memahami perundang-undangan ketenagakerjaan yang terbaru dan sistem penyelesaian hubungan industrial yang benar

Memiliki interpersonal relationship yang baik untuk menunjang komunikasi intern maupun extern
