Prepare and manage weekly payroll

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountant/Banking or equivalent

At least 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Experience interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Timely and accurate payroll processing, ensuring there are best practice checks and controls in the process to ensure an efficient

• Previous experience in human capital management, employee relations, talent management, or HR operations.

• Skill gap and analyisis, pursuing on knowledge development, for employee productivity

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage teams.

• Create a healthy workplace with strategic hiring plans in place

• Identifies what needs to be done to lead employees into achieving those goals.

• Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal. (Optional)

Memahami Business Acumen, Data Analysis, Managing through System, Negotiation, Presentation & Facilitation Skill, Product Knowledge dan Total Quality Orientation

Minimal pendidikan S1 Manajemen, Psikologi (IPK minimal 3,00 dari 4,00)

Dapat membangun hubungan dengan baik, memiliki kemampuan perencanaan dan dapat bekerjasama dalam tim

Membantu Business Support Director dalam melakukan transformasi bisnis pada ruang lingkup HC

Menganalisis, mengembangkan, dan mengelola rencana strategis & kebijakan untuk meningkatkan proses bisnis di Departemen HC

Menganalisa dan menetapkan HC metrics/KPI untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur inisiatif proses bisnis internal atau hasil program perbaikan
