Calculate income tax and process payroll accurately, including deductions, benefits, and bonuses

Minimum 2 years work of experience in Tax and Payroll Compliance

Proven experience as a payroll officer or in a similar payroll processing role.

Strong knowledge of payroll principles, practices, and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Maintain and update Organization Management Data (HRIS) to ensure conformance between the actual organizational structure and data in HRIS.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.

Advanced proficiency in database management and security, and running SQL queries.

Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system,

At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably focusing on Corporate Hiring or Project Hiring.

Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics,

Responsible for payroll management/payment and all benefit on time

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, HRM or any related field

Staff data entry and maintenance.

Make analysis and propose improvement and retention programs that are related to benefit programs.

2-3 years of experience in HR operations & payroll field, preferably from logistics industry

Create, implement, and evaluate all Human Capital department policies and procedures.
