Understanding Manpower Planning, Understanding Training Need Analysis, Understanding Employee Development Management Systems, Recruitment process

Have experience and knowledge related to Health, Safety and Environment

Min 2 years of working experience as HRGA Coordinator

Good Supervisory & Monitoring skill

At least 3 years of experience as (HR)GA Supervisor

Coordinating And Arranging HR Activities On Site According To Company And Government Laws And Regulations

Socialize Corporate Policies To All Employees

Conduct Recruitment & Selection Administrative Activities For Local Employees

Coordinate And Arrange Business Travel (ticketing, Accommodation, Transportation, Punctuality)

Performing Office GA To Ensure All GA Services Are Provided In Accordance With Company Policy

Proven work experience as an HR assistant manager, team lead, or supervisor within a factory or manufacturing environment.

Creating Company Events for engagement

Preparing calculations/reports of overtime and salary

Preparing and distributing the salary slips

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Management, Business, or related area

Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

7+ years of experience working in Human Resources field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Have experience working in Manufacturing industry is a great advantage
