Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management or any major related

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Work closely with Senior Management and become a business partner

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields

Manage the recruitment and selection process

Drive compensation and benefit strategy as well as payroll
