Develop sales targets and strategy together with management team

Manage and train field agents on acqusition and engagement activities

Experience in FMCG sales, or in large distributor, in leadership position managing large field sales team

Some knowledge in marketing campaigns would be favourable

Carry out vendor management that supports business needs

Research, analysis, and develop category strategy

Responsible for product display strategy in all stores

Determine competitive and effective product pricing
