Skilled in statistical analytics & proven experience leading A/B testing in a fast-paced environment to develop product roadmaps

Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Google Optimize etc).

Experience working within the Financial Services sectors is desirable

Lead the end-to-end A/B testing process, from hypothesis generation and experiment design to result analysis and actionable recommendations.

Work closely with engineering teams to implement experiments effectively and ensure accurate data collection.

Develop and maintain a robust experimentation roadmap

Excellent project management, relationship builder and negotiation skills

Work with various internal stakeholders to align their expectations and requirements for dealing with external parties, and vice versa

5+ years of relevant payment partnership/business development working experiences is a must

Having experience in managing expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Lead and represent Traveloka to talk and deal with payment partners, globally

Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial preferably in the e-commerce industry

Experience in managing P&L – including marketing spending

Experience in managing a big team and leading a multi-functional team

Deliver top line and bottom line for the business: both offline and online businesses

Develop, propose the annual business strategy and plan for the business

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
