Accountable for system, database, reporting and performance management.

Bachelor degree (S1) in Management, Economic, Business Administration or related fields.

Experienced in Inventory / Parts Operation / Supply Planning / Warehousing & Distribution.

Responsible to verify supplier invoice, shipment, and payment process.

Implement strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials

Ensure usage of (SOP) defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency

5+ years of experience in mixology and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting

Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvements

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing all beverage items

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, or similar field preferred

Develop and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners as needed to support the beverage program

Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer and wine service, and other aspects of mixology
