Merencanakan dan menyusun strategi bisnis melalui channel penjualan Corporate dan Payroll Channel guna mendukung peningkatan penjualan dalam pencapaian target.

Menyusun strategi untuk pencapaian target bisnis yang diberikan serta melakukan monitoring implementasinya.

Menjalin kerjasama dengan unit kerja lain untuk mendukung penjualan bisnis melalui Corporate dan Payroll Channel.

Berkoordinasi untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari cabang/ capem, divisi/ departemen, rekanan bisnis maupun anak perusahaan CT Corpora dalam mencapai target.

Partnering with hiring managers and developing a sourcing strategy for each role and regular communication and updates to hiring managers

Experience in working with cross-functional team leadership

Experience in managing stakeholders within and outside of HR that have an impact on the recruiting strategy

Experience with HR Recruiting processes and programs

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization

5+ years of experience recruiting, with at least 2 years leading a team

Having networking in Enterprise F&B Merchant

Customer-centric mindset, able to understand customer needs

Able to collaborate with multiple teams effectively

• Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Experience with UX tools like Hotjar or Google Tag Manager.
