Previous experience in Finance Department

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management areas of department.

Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.

High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Develops and manages an annual budget, understanding revenue, expenses, and profitability of all programs and retreats.

In collaboration with the marketing and digital teams, assists with the publicity efforts for curated retreats, programs, and other offerings.

Retreats and Guest Experience Leader

Implements the retreats pricing structure, adjusting as needed based on affordability principles and market trends.

Conducts market research on a regular basis to ensure some level of competitiveness with other retreat destinations.
