Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, production, logistics, and finance to ensure a seamless sourcing process.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fashion industry, including trends, materials, production processes, and market dynamics.

Accountable and responsible for performing annual planning as well as formulate and managed budgets.

Accountable and responsible for creating contract with potential vendor to ensure capabilities of good supply and good quality.

Responsible for establishing the quality of supplier compliance in line with customer specific requirement.

Knowing procurement knowledge or have procurement background

English excellent, MS Office, Communication Skill and SAP & related procurement tool.

Responsible for monitoring quality performance for continuous improvement.

Supports activities to obtain aircraft certification.

A good relationship builder with excellent communication skills.

Performs instructional and professional activities to support flight crew training, standardization, and flight procedures/operational techniques.

Oversees development and delivery of flight crew training, simulator training and simulator familiarization flights.

Assists in development and application of company safety initiatives, strategies that are used in support of continuous accident reduction.

2-3 years experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management is preferred.

Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers/vendors based on factors such as product quality, pricing, delivery capabilities, and reliability.

Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and other favorable conditions for the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.

Maintain relationship with manufacturers and suppliers for long term business benefits

Engage manufacturers to appoint RAAH as exclusive distributors for fast moving and popular brands

Source for most competitive quote from manufacturers/suppliers/distributors for the provided specification/ brand/part number by the client

Ability to use his/her network and further establish relationships and networks for RAAH with buying houses/distributors in Indonesia, Singapore, USA, Europe

Negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers for best pricing, delivery terms and terms of payment
