Provide overall programme management and coordination for organisational learning journeys and interventions and engage in strategic discussions with other Programme Managers.

Ensure published learning materials meet legal unit guidance and are curated in our internal Learning Management System.

Experience in contemporary adult education theory and practice, online learning design or coaching and mentoring.

Proficiency in project management tools, with a good understanding of project management lifecycles.

Understanding of organisational development, with experience of facilitating strategic initiatives and ability to maintain an inclusive, people-focused approach.

Experience in a global context, working across borders, with multicultural and diverse teams.

Experience in risk analysis and data management related to emergencies

Experience in information management in emergencies

Assess information landscape and conduct stakeholder mapping for specific risk management analysis activities.

Safeguard the data management for sensitive datasets including encoding, storing, and transferring data to key stakeholders.

Provide technical expertise on primary and secondary data collection, management, storage and archiving.

Contribute to the development of documents and information management products in support of emergency operations.
