Min. 15 years of working experiences as engineer in the related fields

Strong communication and leadership skill

Develop and implement shop drawings & strategies, policies and technical standards based on the work of the Planning & Design team.

Coordinate and supervise a team of inspectors, contractors, consultants for implementing shop drawings of buildings.

Ensure project quality, safety and Project legal compliance

Research and development to increase efficiency and technical innovation

Perform daily and monthly recapitulation and documentation of production results to ensure production can be monitored accurately and up-to-date.

Assist head of production to ensure employee training runs smoothly and on time.

Understand the basic mechanic of every machine in production.

Assist with the implementation of Daily Machine Maintenance(Preventive Maintenance) and complete auxiliary equipment on the production floor.

Attend briefings to discuss performance status and improvements that can be made.

Assist production head to implement 5S project

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management.

Minimum 3+ Years of working experience as a Manager in the tourism field.

Responsible for leading and developing your team to ensure the park's profitability and success.

Managing all aspects of operations in the park.

Responsible for achieving the set KPI, understanding P&L, and doing market research.

Provide a two way communication and nurture an environment with emphasis in motivation, teamwork, and excellence.
