General Affair Coordinator Jobs

Work with the Finance Manager, liaise, closely communicate and maintain a good working relationship with Head Office, Partners, and SKK Migas

Assist the Finance Manager on the monthly Cash Call to Partners

At least 5 years of Accounting and Finance Experience

Familiar with Cash Management, Tax, Insurance and Petroleum Accounting issues

Diploma / Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance

Oil and Gas industry’s Experience

Coordinate activities associated with service and material procurement, space planning, ergonomics, physical security, event management, cafeteria management, housekeeping and pantry.

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Other minimum qualifications may apply

Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to arrange the logistics surrounding large company events or outings.

Track and handle budget variances and expenses.

Diploma or Bachelor degree of any discipline

Responsible for handling general affairs and office management,

Liase with vendor for COP, Building Management, etc

Manage payment process regarding to office expend according to budget

Lead and manage GA team (Receptionist, OB, Driver) to meet the service level.

Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions

Provide & inventory control of office stationaries, and pantry supplies
