> 5 years of experience in handling community in gaming industry.

Experience in live events, with familiarity in esports being an advantage.

Knowledge of the global streamer community and ecosystem.

Stay updated with the evolving needs of the Indonesian community by monitoring their daily engagement on various platforms.

Engage with the community frequently.

Develop strategies to improve the work of the community, provide them with resources, and identify exciting opportunities.

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, PR or equivalent

Manage communications and build relationships with KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions

Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms and set up a partnership program to build a powerful brand experiences.

Have a good negotiation skills

Have experience handling KOL gaming

Reach out and building a KOL network for different categories on social media.

•Any certification in social media management or digital marketing is a plus

•At least have 2 years work of experience in the same position

•Able to conduct interviews/have a good correspondence skill

•Increase traffic, followers, and engagement of each social media account of UP Station & UniPin Community

•Strategize, create content plan & execute it flawlessly

•Following the latest news in gaming/ E-Sports and able to search for hot content to post
