Have basic knowledge in the field of accounting, financial management, tax administration, auditing, and finance;

Invoicing, tax, supplies procure, archive management,etc.

Assist in cash management and reconcile with group settlement department.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, economics, finance related majors;

Can use English/Chinese as working language and have good communication skill;

Must have accounting experience in Food & Beverage industry

Strong negotiation and relationship management skill

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Good decision making and planning skill

Review and evaluate the specification and pricing for material

Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing suppliers

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.

Extensive knowledge of strategic sourcing, vendor management, and budget control.

Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.

Obtain and evaluate quotations, selecting the most beneficial options.

Create purchase lists based on the operational needs of the restaurant, ensuring timely ordering.

Monitor and resolve any discrepancies between orders and goods received from suppliers.

Proven ability to deliver results in supplier selection, management, negotiation, capacity planning, and risk management.

Work closely with the company finance, legal and compliance departments to make sure contracts and terms are favourable.

Must have strong analytical and transparent measurement skills (quantitative)

Knowledge of contract law; principles of negotiations; procurement techniques; research and market analysis techniques; contract development and administration

Excellent communication skills including the ability to produce clear and well-organized documents

Locating key suppliers, negotiating the company’s purchasing agreements and making sure the materials and products meet the company’s specifications.

Relationship building and management skills

Previous experience in a similar position.

Great organizational and planning skills.

Making sure products/services get delivered on time and meet the required standards.

General accounting practices to track orders and invoices

Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related field

Responsible for the registration and management of commodity information, and analyzing sales data and trends

Bachelor's degree or above, able to communicate daily in English, and daily communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are preferred;

Introduce local quality suppliers in Indonesia, improve the category structure, optimize the purchase price, and ensure product quality;

Cooperate with the internal process of the department;

Statistics and analysis of sales data of new products in the department;

Can and actively cooperate with the internal work of the department.

Min experience 2 years in the same position/industry

Perform vendor selection and evaluation processes properly which include quality, quantity, price, service, timeliness and flexibility

Coordinate intensively with all users and verifiers to achieve supply efficiency and effectiveness

Bachelor's degree in any major with GPA min 3.00
