Purchasing And Procurement Specialist

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our design team! The procurement specialist is a crucial part of our creative process. They are responsible for the coordination and implementation of all FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) goods for our design projects. This role will work closely with our design team and their clients to implement some of the most highly visual and prominent portions of the projects.

The procurement specialist will have creative opportunities balanced with business responsibilities. This role requires great intrapersonal skills, collaborative skills as well as a high level of organization. You will be working closely with our design team, vendors and sales representatives to select and detail furniture, lighting and accessories to put the finishing touches on the overall design scheme. This position is a great opportunity to combine your business mentality with your design attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supplier negotiations
• Supplier relationship management
• Sourcing suppliers
• Making sure products/services get delivered on time and meet the required standards.
• Project Budget management
• General accounting practices to track orders and invoices

Qualifications

• Attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English and in Bahasa
• Strong negotiation skills
• Great organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent computer skills
• Works well under pressure
• Competence in using Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Relationship building and management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related field
• Indonesian Citizen
