Plans, manages, the flavor production (Flavor Compounding Facility) semi concentrate to ensure consistent the quality of the final product.

Manages and control the flavor compound production to achieve the production target with optimum uptime, good quality and minimum cost.

Manages of company security policy to ensure company assets in Flavor Compounding Facility area are properly protected.

Vendor Qualification and Supplier Relationships

Solid experience in Cigarette/flavors Company as Flavorist

At least 10 years experience in marketing for food industry

Good communication skills, initiative, and drive
