Coordinating the development of your program on all of its aspects (human resource, organization of the activity, pedagogy, finance)

Develop the local partnership for your program (companies, NGOs, educational institutions,etc.)

Work experience in the corporate sector will be appreciated

Basic knowledge in MS office (word, excel, drive, email…)

Track marketing performance and ROI and prepare a report for management monthly

Manage sales online team in order to achieve target revenue

At least 1-2 years experience as Marketing Strategist or similar role in Marketing

Excellent leadership skill, communication skill, and interpersonal skill

Strong analytical skill, creative minded, and problem solver skill

Experience working in skincare business or related fields is a plus

Manage & Monitoring complaint handling and resolved properly in accordance with OJK Regulation.

Have experience min. 5+ years as Customer Service with complaint handling speciality

Work experience in the related field - Insurance, will be an advantage.

Handling hard complaint escalated by inbound and outbound team and ensure all complaint are handled within CHM guidelines and timescales.

Prepare data for OJK queries relates to customer complaint accurately and timely

Arrange and lead regular & ad hoc meeting with related Department,
