Financial Planning Analyst Supervisor Jobs in Kab. Bekasi, West Java

Minimum 4 years relevant accounting/finance experience

Responsible for supporting the Finance Teams for any reporting and analysis request for Ownership groups.

Assisting the FP&A Manager in the preparation of the annual budget by collaborating with department heads and executives.

BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related field.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data visualization skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Act as finance strategic business partner to other cross function departments (Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Management)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree level qualification in Accounting / Business / Quantitative fields of study

At least 3 years experience in FP&A / Audit / Business Advisory / Analytics / Strategy-related areas

Experience in manufacturing, trading, and tech startups industry

Experience working with large dataset and complex business dynamics

Able to manage multiple stakeholders across various levels of seniority

Strong understanding of accounting, finance, tax, and management principle

Provide financial analysis (including feasibility study) to support management in decision making process.

Handle company cash management strategy and process

Good understanding of payment process and liquidity management

Prepare & Manage Financial Projection and Budgeting

Manage timely and accurate payment process, as well as settlement and reconciliation of payments.

Trade Qualifications : CPA or CMA certification is an advantage

Develop executive level reporting, translating concepts into reporting capabilities through sophisticated data visualization techniques.

Experience in Big 4 accounting firm

Professional Experience Required : 3-5 year experience in Financial Analyst

Conduct complex analyses to support critical business decisions, which include:

Prepare quarterly report to BOD

Advanced knowledge of financial analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, financial management systems).

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum 3 years work experiences as Financial Analyst and familiar with SAP & PowerBI system.

Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively in English.
