Finance Ops Jobs

Relationship management with internal & external stakeholders in order to improve advertising clients experiences

Good time management skills and proven ability to meet tight deadlines

Experience with DFP (a.k.a. GAM) and DV360/TTD

Experience of working in a trading desk or ad ops environment at least 3 years

Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Programmatic campaign creation within the Digital Platforms, rotation setup, proper tracking implementations, foresight in campaign setup to prepare for optimizations

Execute daily reconciliation of retail finance (lending) products

Checking and controlling daily bank statements' accuracy and completeness

Responsible in validating on funds received and sent

Bachelor’s degrees and above from Economics/Accounting or related technical field

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes

Influencing and relationship management skills

Write, design, analyze and recommend changes to moderately complex requirements relevant to the Customer Service function

Develop and maintain working industry knowledge of industry practices and standards

Apply knowledge of how business teams interact with others in accomplishing Customer Service goals

2-5 years of experience in a related role

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Manage and maintain employee databases on HRIS and manually.

Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills in managing stakeholders.

Experience in using Talenta HRIS is a plus.

Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems and relevant administrations around it.
