Finance Manager – Manufacturing Jobs in Kota Tangerang, Banten

Have a minimum of 2nd experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager or Head of a branch in the multi-finance.

Having experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling for 10 years

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

Optimizing production schedules to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization while meeting delivery targets

Assisting in implementing and maintaining manufacturing planning systems and tools

Years of Experience and Qualifications requirements :

Experience Management of Trade promotions and distributor management

Lead the Distributor/NKA Claim management process and ensure all claims are cleared on *

Stakeholder management and managing conflicts and resolution

Lead projects for marketing finance and participation of other business projects as an SME *

Graduate in Commerce & Accounting with 8-10 years of Experience in Consumer Products/Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry

Minimum 3 years working experience as Team Leader - Finance.

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Finance.

Excellent in communication and collaboration skill.

Understand company's cash flow, accounting journals, tax rates and other government rules.
