About The Inventory Manager (3PL) Role

Establish the standard operating procedure (SOP) in Inventory department so that the inventory process goes with the existing standard

Ensure the 'cycle count' and 'stock take' process operate well

Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance

Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Directing everyday financial activity and empowering your team to deliver in their roles

Making sure guest bills are accurate and helping resolve any queries

Ensuring financial control procedures are ethical and legal

Preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets – as well as reviewing rates and taking part in sales strategy meetings

Compile report SO from club

Filing report regarding asset and inventory

Liaise with club if there is any discrepancy of inventory

Assist mapping standardized asset name

Bachelor degree in accounting, Minimum sem 6-7

Willing to travel for stock opname

Mengelola stok persediaan agar tetap optimal

Mengembangkan metode perencanaan persediaan berdasarkan data permintaan dan tren pasar

Melakukan evaluasi rutin terhadap data keluar masuk bahan

S1 Teknik / Manajemen / yang relevan

Proven employment histories in pallet management, pallet control and pallet recovery are preferred.

Proven time management ability. Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently allocate time for different reconciliation tasks.

Initiative, committed and self-motivated with ability to manage functional responsibilities.

Work closely with Warehouse & Transport operations to manage daily pallet activities for multiple sites.

Outstanding skills in policies, procedures and internal audit programs development.

Demonstrated numerical and analytical skills.

- Bachelor's Degree from Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inventory Manager from a Retail, or E-commerce background

- Perform inventory control checks, including monthly stock counts with the finance team

- Excellent knowledge of WMS & ERP based principles

- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing priorities

- Proven leadership skills with background demonstrating high level communication with key stakeholders
