• Experience as a Technical Manager from ready mix / concrete company 5 years

- Maintain the laboratory quality system to continue to meet SNI and or ACI requirements.

- Manage environmental, quality, OHS (K4LM) aspects in his/her work environment.

- Ensure established company standards are executed in accordance with applicable standards.

- Master the test methods and procedures specified in accordance with Australian Standard, ACI, ASTM.

- Have the ability to motivate & train QC staff

Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

Demonstrated experience of Managed Services

Demonstrated experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization

Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes

Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties

Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational

Cooperate closely with Weir’s maintenance crew and management and.

If the TFA (or the TFA’s) cannot judge a problem, one of them will immediately contact Weir.

Liaise with the Weir Asia Pacific aftermarket team, when necessary.

Assist the Customer’s operators with pump operation, performance characteristics e.g. priming procedures, basic troubleshooting and addressing alarms and signals.

Daily/weekly/monthly and annual service and maintenance work and inspection.

Responsible for controlling and monitoring the Consignment Stock to Weir procedures.
