Have an Engineering degree or related subjects with at least 5 years relevant experience as Field Specialist

Demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating global teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects

Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo additional product line training

Demonstrate experience with Exploration Logging program

Have an Engineering Education background with relevant equivalent experience

Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values

Have more than 5 year experience in execution of cementing jobs, pumping and pressure testing

Be a team player and display excellent communication skills

Have current or past experience working in Oil & Gas industry

Have knowledge on how to maintain and operate safely and flawlessly two brands of cement units (Baker’s and/or competitors’ ones)

Execute tasks assigned by supervisors or management at designated locations.

Prior experience in field-related roles or outdoor work is preferred.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Accurately gather and record relevant data, observations, or information during field visits.

Compile and organize collected data for further analysis and reporting.

Prepare detailed and concise reports, documenting findings and outcomes.

REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION: SENIOR FIELD OFFICER

At least Five (5) years of experience in design/planning

Have experience in an active University organization at the University Student Organizations, Faculties, and Departments Level

Have the ability to write formally and popularly (proven by writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia)

Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, ArcGIS) and presentation

Don't have a nuclear family relationship with all staff at the Samarinda City Government

Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed

Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical is preferred or Diploma with relevant experience

Around 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales /Maintenance/Service in Steel, Metal or Minerals industry

Experience of selling Flatness / AGC control in rolling mills, Crane / Platform Weighing solutions in Steel / Metal industry

Experience of independently handling geographical territories and delivering sales growth and profitability

Strong organizational, analytical, and excellent communication skills

Have an Engineering/Technical Diploma or related subjects with at least 10 years relevant experience

Demonstrate experience in mechanical, hydraulic and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products

Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo additional product line training

Demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
