Have an in-depth knowledge of mixology and coffee products

Have excellent attention to detail and service knowledge

Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a free-standing Bar

Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner

Located in : Sidoarjo or Surabaya

Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred

Knowledge of different types of coffee and tea, drink recipes, and brewing techniques is required

Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication skills and ability to multi-task

Experience handling cash and credit transactions is a plus

Willingness to learn and adopt new skills is a plus
