Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surakarta for a Barista at Kopi Cendana. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The Barista will also maintain a clean and organized work area, interact with customers, handle cash and credit transactions, and uphold high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently as needed
• Effective communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling cash and credit transactions is a plus
• Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of different types of coffee and tea, drink recipes, and brewing techniques is required
• Willingness to learn and adopt new skills is a plus
