Experienced Barista for Coffee Shop
We are seeking an experienced and passionate barista to join our team at Diregot Indonesia. If you have a minimum of 1 year of barista experience and a love for crafting exceptional coffee beverages, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and attention to detail, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews.
Ensure consistent quality in coffee preparation by following established recipes, brewing techniques, and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and workspace to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a barista in a fast-paced coffee shop or café setting.
2. Extensive knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
3. Proficient in operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring each beverage is prepared to the highest standards.
5. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
6. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
7. Flexible schedule, including availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
