Build Safety Management Plan (SMK3) according to level of hazard of working environment.

Conduct periodic site safety inspection, with WH Manager, including checking thoroughly building condition, any hazard from electrical, building, working area etc.

As a HSE representation for PCA

Socialize the HSE values in all aspect to ensure safe work and environment.

Socialize all safety hazard and to raise attention of safety aspects and prevention.

Work and coordinate closely with landlord to conduct and design the evacuation plan, drill program & activity, safety training.

Having internal auditor certification or experience will be a plus

Has experience as HSE in Automotive or Manufacturing is preferred

Have working experience of at least 2-3 years in SHE Field

Perform daily toolbox meeting / safety talk

Conducting daily safety patrol/inspection and doing preventive and corrective safety measures

Preparing and conducting safety induction for new employee or existing employee

Have good communication, analytical & problem-solving skill

Planning for all maintenance activities and facilities readiness required by office operations

Create maintenance & facility work program as well as the implementation

Analyze preventive & corrective maintenance reports- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.

Completes maintenance and repair records as required

• Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management

• Manage security and cleaning service from outsourcing vendors.

• Collect invoices from vendor and submit to Finance Team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience

• 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions

• Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
