To work together with the Exploration Manager, Mine Geology Manager and team to generate and execute the ‘no 2041’ exploration program.
Along with Geology Managers, continuously discuss with Metallurgy and Geotechnical teams to list the issues for further geological mitigations.
Knowledge of geology geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology and metallurgy.
Knowledge of sampling theory, resource estimation and mine reconciliation.
Knowledge of exploration business process.
Knowledge of organizational theory and practice.
