Membuat laporan estimasi biaya proyek secara rinci dan menjelaskan rincian biaya proyek kepada klien.

Memantau biaya proyek selama proses desain dan konstruksi, dan menyesuaikan estimasi biaya jika terjadi perubahan.

Mengelola dokumen terkait dengan proyek, seperti rencana proyek, kontrak, dan dokumen pembayaran.

Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok bahan dan tenaga kerja, serta menegosiasikan harga dengan pemasok.
