Lead and manage a team of estimators to ensure timely and accurate completion of estimates for steel structure projects.
Review project plans, specifications, and other relevant documents to understand project requirements and scope.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers together necessary information for estimating purposes.
Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during the estimation process.
