Cross-functional ESG implementation management capabilities allowing clients to progress against their ESG objectives and metrics.

10+ years of consulting experience and with at least 6+ years of relevant ESG consulting.

Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Identifying and developing new opportunities, preparing effective technical proposals, and taking an active leadership role in developing client relationships.

Designing and directing large programs/projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

With a keen interest to learn and explore new knowledge and skills.

Experience in Sustainability and GHG reporting, for example the GRI Standards, GHG Protocol, SASB, CDP, DJSI, TCFD, SDGs and IIRC Framework.

Good understanding in legal, regulatory, and other requirements related to sustainability in Indonesia.

Technical knowledge of environmental impacts and emissions including climate change and GHG.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all professional levels.

Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comply with all SHLP, Environment and Social Responsibility requirements under Management System, vision, mission, and values.

Ensuring that the company complies with regulatory requirements and reporting standards related to ESG and risk management.

Ensure proper implementation of company's Environmental Management System [EMS].

Ensure the implementation of company's Safety Management System.

Implement risk management in every business process and sub-process of mine operation activity.

Report the implementation of environmental management and monitoring on regular basis as per approved format.

Has minimum 10 years experience in Sustainability/ESG role focus on Energy Industry

Strong communication and analytical thinking skill

Identify all key potential social and environmental impacts and risks of transactions

Conduct consultations with stakeholders in accordance with relevant policies and guidelines and be responsible for reporting on such

Work with investors, consultants, analysts & bankers on developing ESG initiatives & other ESG-related deliverables

Initiate improvements which will be included in ESG narratives/Sustainability Report to be presented to externals/stakeholders

Knowledge of Sustainable Finance Regulations

A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field

Experience in the financial sector and preferably Consulting

Experience in managing projects and teams

Enthusiasm, a sharp mind, a pro-active nature and strong communication skills

Provide basic knowledge of ESG to raise brand awareness

Maintain basic communication and connection with the brand / UKM.

Report on the daily metrics.

This is 1 month duration freelance job

Provide the project management and the ESG management reporting on the project related actions, issues and solutions;

Ability to adapt to a diversity of normative frameworks: national legislation, international standards (World Bank/IFC/IRMA) and Eramet requirements

Relationship skills to establish trust with a diversity of external stakeholders: lenders, local authorities, technical services, administrations, etc.

Ensure that the project team applies the ESG requirements

Manage the monitoring and evaluation reports of all environmental actions, integrating the regulatory indicators and those established by Eramet;

Experience with Indonesian environmental authorities will be considered
