- Relevant work experience in the risk management field of at least 2 years.

- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, risk identification methodologies, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.

- Good communication skills to interact with different levels of management and various parts of the organization.

- Ability to understand the company's business model, strategic objectives, and industry context.

- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions based on relevant risk information.

- Ability to identify potential problems and develop effective solutions to address risks.

Good understanding of OJK requirements on Risk Management and ability to deal with OJK directly.

Practical knowledge of the tools and techniques used in Enterprise Risk Management.

Experience working closely with Senior Management and Project Management in planning and carrying out strategic objectives.

Engage and develop effective working relationships to support cooperative responses to risk management matters and issues.

Oversee and monitor the operational risk management activities of the organization.

A working knowledge of information technology, particularly how systems and applications integrate with business processes and operations.

Act as Project Manager Lead related with Capacity Monitoring & Enhancement

Having good communication skill in verbal and writing (in Indonesia and English)

New configuration setup to ensure the servers, database, network, etc are registered in the capacity monitoring tools and monitored.

Troubleshoot and follow up for any incident related with Capacity Monitoring

Provide Capacity Monthly Report to stakeholders

Provide supporting data for stakeholders to take decision on Capacity Planning

At least five years' experience in business process management.

Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or in a related field.

Excellent presentation and analytical skill

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Resolves conflicts, align with management on critical cases and escalate as needed

Key Responsibilities - Partner Business Manager

Ensures PartnerEdge requirements are met and take corrective action as necessary, if required with E&C mgmt.

The Partner Business Manager (PBM)

Understands the partner's basic financial structure and key drivers which influence their business and decisions

Mainly focusing on extending the partner's sweet spot (vs. entering completely new business areas)

Define and manage the execution of sales improvement initiatives

Define and develop the sales strategy

Lead the design of sales program

Define the salesforce planning (number of salesforce ) in coordination within region

Ensure the availability, visibility and advocacy of products on each during the sales activities

Propose the marketing campaigns and promotions
