Email Support Jobs

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Email Marketing, Marketing Automation) are a plus.

Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability optimization.

Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they apply to email marketing.

Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling email content that drives engagement and conversions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors.

Collaborate with clients to understand their email marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

Education: Lulusan SMK, mahasiswa tingkat akhir/fresh graduate dengan GPA >3.00

Hard Skill: Google Suites (GSlides, Gsheet, GForm, dsb), Notion

Soft Skill: Fast response, flexibility, assertive, creative, open minded, work independently

Mampu membuat konten email yang menarik dan memikat.

Familiar dengan alat otomasi email dan segmentasi pelanggan.

a. Min 2- 3 Years of Experience

c. Email Configuration Experience (Cloud, google meet/azure office 365)

d. Analyze, Identify possible technical issues, and solutions and provide critical information
