Coordinate with the project team members from other business lines (project management, finance, scheduling, documentation, construction, installation and commissioning, etc.).

Good understanding of HVAC operation and control, F&G detection and suppression system design requirement

Minimum 10 years’ experience Marine & Offshore HVAC, F&G detection and suppression Projects.

Familiar with NFPA, SOLAS, MODU, API RP 505, IEC 60079 Standards, and DNV/ ABS/ etc class requirement.

Required to have knowledge in HVAC/ F&G testing and commissioning in either Offshore or Plant Projects.

Mandatory to have experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project.

Work with QA to establish the quality control requirements and testing programs for electrical equipment.

Those with 3-5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.

Input of practical advice into design and execution planning.

Reviewing and optimizing the design of electrical systems – main power, emergency power and UPS systems.

Optimizing the electrical design for modularization including integrated modules with electrical enclosures.

Reviewing and comment on engineering and design deliverables and equipment selections from vendors.

Work with QA to establish the quality control requirements and testing programs for electrical equipment.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in insturmentation engineering

Prior experience in mining industry and/or resources industry is advantageous

Responsible for safe working practices both personally and in their designs, using the Worley framework.

Language Skills, Certifications and/or Training

· Managerial responsibility: Manages a specific program of the project and may supervise people.

· Fluency in English required. Bahasa language skills are a plus.

· Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of instrumentation and controls construction

· Experience leading and or participating in hazard studies, SIL studies and any other safety studies.

· Skilled in managing large/complex discipline related tasks on Construction projects.

Cooperate With Professional Management Of Construction Teams Such As ABL And PPE

Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering major

Experience : 1. 5 year construction experience, in electrical engineer position

Experience handle for at least 2 Indonesia projects

Organize And Supervise The Construction Of The Electrical Line

They Are Supervised Of On-site Temporary Construction

Possesses extensive knowledge and skills in E & I, including DCS/PLC/network/field instruments/loop diagrams/electrical distribution/package equipment (such as chiller/boiler/TOH/compressor, etc.).

Demonstrates excellent understanding of plant maintenance management and strategic planning.

Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a large chemical/oleochemical manufacturing facility.

Exhibits strong organizational and task execution abilities.

Experienced in managing significant plant turnarounds.

Previous experience in the oleochemicals manufacturing industry would be advantageous.

Effectively practice Performance Based Management by coaching and developing employees.

Supervise team to maintain and increase safety, efficiency and skills and promote a cooperative attitude with subordinates.

Knowledge and ability of Electrical/Instrumentation.

Knowledge in areas such as confined space entry, lockout / tagout, hot work permitting, etc.

Knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance.

Knowledge and ability in Accident / Near Miss Investigation / Reporting procedures.
