10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

Local knowledge: Indonesian nationality with a preference for Balinese candidates or those with field experience in Bali.

Demonstrated experience and proven skills in managing a large company or donor program with a multi-million USD budget and staff teams

Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Have strong analytical skills and Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills

Have internship experience in e-commerce/tech company is a plus

Handle tasks related to program operation

Address seller inquiries and liaise with internal teams to resolve seller issues

Support ad hoc tasks/projects related to programs

Do research and/or competitive benchmarking on program initiatives

Must have a strong communication, problem-solving and project management skill

Have a bachelor's degree in psychology, business management, marketing, and other related fields
